Mangawhai Heads
Completed in 2022, we transformed this humble 1960’s bach into a stunning home. Taking it from a dark, pokey space to a light-filled modern home, we opened up the space and created perfect indoor-outdoor flow to a new exterior deck.
Rainbows End,
Matakana
Completed in 2023, we converted this old, tired bach into a light, warm family home. Check out a video of this beautiful transformation below:
John St, Ponsonby
Completed in 2023, this early 20th century Villa was transformed into a comfortable, modern home while retaining its traditional features and charm. Whole back half of the property was removed and rebuilt. New sliding doors opened up to a beautiful outdoor space. New kitchen, dining and music room with steel doors. New en-suite and bathroom added.
25 Raymond Terrace, Northcote
This extensive renovation was completed in 2018, with most rooms in the home refurbished. We also cleaned up and sealed the exterior weatherboards.
Mahurangi West Road
Completed in 2012 this 220M2 house relocation from Cheltanham Beach, Devonport to Mahurangi West. In 2019 we added an artists studio to the site. The two complement each other superbly.
Islington Ave, Ponsonby
Full Villa Renovation. New master bed with ensuite, new bathroom, decking and kitchen. Lounge and other bedrooms were fully refitted.
Mangawhai Rd, Mangawhai
2 x 30m2 additions. 1 for master bed suite and one for a guest suite. For remodel of the interior with new kitchen, dining and lounge. Extensive decking and entertainment area.
Mangawhai Heads
Removal of asbestos batch, extensive groundwork's and new 3 bedroom house built to take advantage of the amazing views.
Mahurangi East Rd, Snells Beach
We Transformed a 90m2 batch into a 140m2 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus study. Asbestos removal to start then full remodel. Only 2 walls remained along with 1/2 the roof and 1/2 the floor. Brand new fencing, decks and pergola.
Church St, Northcote Point
A Large renovation completed in 2020 which included extensive foundation works. 2 new bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kids lounge, decks and retaining. See before and after photos below.
